Wrongfully Accused Of Causing Accident
Jason Walke successfully defends claim against estate of deceased driver wrongfully accused of causing head on collision. Estate of a teenage driver who was killed in an accident was sued by the other driver after the Iowa State Patrol concluded the accident was the fault of the deceased driver. After being arrested, decedent was not given necessary medical attention and was, instead, ignored (even though he was on “suicide watch”).
